秀和シリーズの中でも珍しい赤い屋根で、窓のある塔などお城感たっぷりの可愛らしい外観が特徴的です。
先日向かいのマンションに行く機会があり、ベランダから真正面に秀和青南レジデンスを拝む事ができました。普段地上から見る際には気づかなかったのですが、上層階には広いルーフバルコニーを有するお部屋が多く外壁も波打つような形状になっていました。エントランス部分もお城にあ
