先日「紀土」でおなじみ平和酒造の4代目蔵元山本様と蔵人の荒瀬様にご来店いただきました！

当店スタッフが平和酒造の酒の会にも参加させていただきましたので、ちょこっとその内容をご紹介します????

紀土ブランドの歴史は約11年程。
昔は売り上げの9割がリキュール、日本酒は1割程しか売れなかったそうです。
今は大人気の「紀土」も、下積みの時代があったんですね、、！
