この記念酒では、奈良県内の30件全ての秋津穂契約栽培農家の皆様のお米を集めてこれを精米し、お酒を醸造いたしました。契約栽培農家の皆様の思いと私たちの思いを込めて造りあげたお酒です。油長酒造では今後も生産者の皆様と共存し、地域に深く根差したお酒造りを進めて参りたい
