サンタロウと言う酸味のあるりんごを使った
タルトタタンが登場しております☆
砂糖を極力抑えて、リンゴをじっくり焼き込むことで
程良い甘みとサンタロウの酸味を活かした
美味しいタルトタタンが出来上がりました♪
