渋谷再開発のひとつで、西口に今年12月にオープンする「渋谷フクラス」。
夜は電気が付いたりと、結構出来上がってきてました！
ターゲットが、40～60代の成熟した都会派の大人だそうです。
屋上階の17階と18階には渋谷が見下ろせるルーフトップガーデンがあったり、
シンガポールのマリーナ・ベイ・サンズにある
エンタテイメントレストラン「CE LA VI（セラヴィ）」が初上陸したりと、
なかなか面白いスポットになるようで
楽しみですね！
