川口アパートメント(1964)
直木賞受賞作家の川口松太郎の自宅建て替えを兼ねて建てられた、その名も「川口アパートメント」。 ”家の美は心の美を作る”という強い想いから、建物全体や共用部の空間設計、細部の素材にまでこだわりが貫かれています。
東京オリンピックが開催された昭和39年の竣工で、50年以上の歳月を重ねていますが、時を経て培われてきた味わい深いヴィンテージマンションとなっています。
