キャストでは新人スタッフに対し、定期的に研修を行っています。
それぞれ先輩スタッフが、自分の得意分野について講義を行います。今回はOT仲村による「精神疾患」です。
疾患について基本的な病態の説明から治療法、そして実際の現場での対応法など新人スタッフにとって大変勉強になる内容でした☆
先輩スタッフも講義することにより、あやふやになってしまった知識を再度学ぶことができ相互利益となっています^^
訪問を行いながら、研修で学んだことも消化する・・・大変だろうけど新人君、頑張れ!!
