関西で好きな手作り市は「京都百万遍さんの手づくり市」。1987年に初開催されたこの市は「手づくり市発祥の市」と言われ出展数はおよそ450店舗、ルイ子さんいわく「にぎわいがすごい！一見の価値アリ！」。
下鴨神社で開催される「森の手づくり市」。「景色が素晴らしく、すがすがしくて何かいい出会いがある。」とのこと。
