#尚巴志 （しょう はし） 1372～1439
14世紀後半から15世紀前半にかけて活躍した、琉球国の英雄。
1429年足利幕府5代将軍・足利義量（ヨシカズ）の時代、尚巴志は参謀を務める中国人・懐機（カイキ）とともに戦乱の琉球国を平定し、初めての統一王朝を造り上げました。
織田信長が1576年に天下布武を実施するより150年前の事になります。
