みなさんこんばんは♪ 今日はスタッフとAFLOATのヘアショーへ行って来ました(・∀・) ショーは華やかで、みんな楽しんで施術してたので見ていてもとても楽しかったです☆ 後半のトークショーでは、 ずっと変わらない事として 努力 継続力 向上心 チーム力 が大切ということと反面に、 変えて行かなきゃいけない事として、 その時代に合った環境作りや、新しい事に取り組むチャレンジ精神の話が聞けたので、モチベーションがとても上がりました✨ 私達も今日の学びを明日へ活かし、日々前進向上して行きます！ ZEL
