ヨガ スタジオ バクティです????

先週末だったかな？
久しぶりに、自然工房めぐみさんで、
食事をしてきました????
.
ヨガの後に、身体に優しい食事をしたくて????
ここの、酵素玄米はモチモチしてて、
噛めば噛むほど美味しいんです????
身体に負担を感じず、食事の後の、
身体の軽さには、普段の食事との違いを
とても感じます????
.
毎日食べれたらと思うけど、
中々難しいので、たまには、
優しい食事を心掛けたいところです????
