兵庫県尼崎市の「cake house SHOTANI（ショウタニ）」から「黒豆和三盆」です。
メレンゲとアーモンドプードルのダックワーズ生地は砂糖の代わりに和三盆を使用しているため、まろやかな優しい甘みに仕上がっています。その生地で兵庫県産の「丹波の黒豆」と沖縄の黒糖で作ったバタークリームをサンドしてあります。
驚くのは大きさで、おとなでも大満足です。そしてゴロっと大粒の「丹波の黒豆」が贅沢に入っています。サクフワッとしたダックワーズに濃厚なバタークリームは相性がよく、そこに黒豆の食感がアクセントに加わっ
