メレンゲとアーモンドプードルのダックワーズ生地は砂糖の代わりに和三盆を使用しているため、まろやかな優しい甘みに仕上がっています。その生地で兵庫県産の「丹波の黒豆」と沖縄の黒糖で作ったバタークリームをサンドしてあります。
