多分喉の乾燥から…
酒灼けではありません????
随分良くなってきたけど、
明日のレッスンまでには、
治しておかないとなぁー????

今朝は、久しぶりにチカ先生の
ハタヨガを受けました????
メッチャ身体が伸びて、
程よく身体も使い、スッキリしました❤️
