連休2日目は、ひとみ先生による、
初めてのアシュタンガヨガからスタート????
アシュタンガヨガの由来から、
呼吸の仕方、何処に意識を向けるのか、
身体の使い方など、詳しく説明して頂きました✨
それから、プライマリーシリーズの、
ハーフまで頑張りました????

いつもは、最後のヘッドスタンドで、
安定感がなく、フラついてた私が、
今日は、メチャメチャ安定してて、
全くフラつかないし、いつまでも出来る感覚でした????✨ちゃんと、パンダが
