昨夜、脱衣所で鏡を見ながら、
呼吸法の練習を始めた私…????????

アシュタンガヨガを始めてから、
胸式呼吸を意識するように????✨
.
アーサナに入ると、呼吸が入らず、
苦しくて、アーサナどころじゃなくって、
何でだろ〜って気になってました????
.
鏡を見つめながら、あーでもない！
こーでもない！といいながら、
色々やっているうちに、脳天に抜ける
呼吸が入った❗️❗️発見????????✨

早速、今日のアシュタンガヨガで、
