Test du soit disant “meilleur flan de Paris “ de chez #laduree , base en pâte feuilletée et flan bien vanillé mais un peu mou .... verdict de l’intéressé , testeur de flan pâtissier : bien mais pas waouuuh . On a testé aussi le flan sans pâte de #michalak
