今週は人生初めてのホットヨガへ行きます。
後輩に勧めてもらった無印のヨガポーチ（バッグ）が
使い勝手良さそうなので購入。
気になってたシャンプーのテスターや
マイリトルボックスに入ってた
ミニサイズのボディクリームやモロッカンオイル、
オールインワン美容液をひとまず入れました。
これにヨガウェアとタオルを持って行きます。
あとは何か必要かな…
ドキドキわくわくです。
腰痛持ちなのと、代謝が悪いのがずっと気になっていたので
少しは体質改善できたらいいな…！
あとストレス解消にもなるそうなので楽しみです。
