温かなお湯にすっと足を入れると、そこは緩やかなスロープになっていてだんだん深くなるのだけれど、目に映る天降川の水面と泉のように湧く源泉のさかいめが曖昧になり、そしていつしか自分と外界との境界さえ曖昧に溶けて消えてゆくよう。私の知る中で一番の露天風呂。建築の力を感じる。
