インドで買ってきたカシミールティーとスパイスと茶こしを使った、ジンジャーマサラチャイ。
牛乳、刻んで潰した生姜、砂糖、茶葉、スパイスを鍋にかけ、強火で沸騰させては鍋を火から離しを繰り返してグツグツ煮る。紅茶の色が出切ったタイミングで火を止めて茶こしへ。あったかいうちに飲みましょう。
