4月の「四季の和菓子を手作りで楽しむ」終了しました！
参加の皆さま有難うございました。

今月の練り切りは「山吹」でした。
毎月作る2種のうち1つは必ず練り切りなのですが、慣れているメンバーの皆さんは本当に上手に仕上がりました。
．
金団の「花筏」は、ふるいにかけ、花に見立てた餡を植えるのが意外に難しく、苦戦している方が多かったのですが、最後は綺麗に出来上がりました！

今日もアメリカから一時帰国された方や海外で活躍されている方などにもご参加いただきました。
