Today @lacolifeguards responded with @lacofireairops @lacountyfd and the @uscg to a report of an injured mariner from a commercial vessel off the coast of El Segundo. Patient was airlifted by COPT18 Paramedic helicopter to a nearby hospital. . . . . #team
