昼に来たのは初めてだけど動物の旨味たっぷりのスープはまだ若くてフレッシュ。濃いめの味付けが無料サービスのコシヒカリに最適。
大きな釜で泳がせながら茹でる中太麺は柔らかめでフニフニの可愛い食感。
何枚入ってるかも謎のチャーシューやモヤシの盛り付けも豪快。ネギも九条産の一級品。
