‪中華麺店 喜楽@渋谷でワンタン麺。 実に10年ぶりの再訪。14時過ぎでも行列が途絶えないベテランの風格。 豚骨鶏ガラと野菜の旨味溢れるダシに台湾のラーメンをお手本にした揚げネギの香ばしさが加わるスープはまったく色褪せてない美味しさ。 指の感触で茹で具合を測りながら茹でる中太平打ち麺は短めで啜るとスポンと口に収まる。噛むと弾けるようなパツパツ具合が楽しい。 チャーシューは噛み締めタイプ。ワンタンは皮が厚めでモチモチ。 いやー相変わらず美味しいわ!次は炒めたもやしてんこ盛りの「もやし麺」だな!
