真鯛らーめん 麺魚@錦糸町で鯛油そば。
移転してからは初。平日午前中を狙ったら店内5人ほどの待ちで10分もかからず着席。狙い目はこの辺かな。
全粒粉がビッシリ練り込まれた細麺はザクザクした噛みごたえで小麦の風味も豊か。
そこに真鯛の香りがバチコン決まった鯛油と濃いめのタレが絡んで口中は鮮魚に支配される。
燻製された薄切りレアチャーシューや鯛のほぐし身もいい仕事。
お猪口で添えられた鯛スープを途中で注ぎ込むとラーメンに大変身！これで700円はお得よ奥様！
