昨日はコーヒーディスカバリーセミナーを開催しました。
新たな「発見」を目的に、生豆の香りを嗅いでいただいたり、
敢えてカッピングの飲み方をしていただいたり、
同じ豆で焙煎度の違うコーヒーを飲んでいただいたり、
〆にエスプレッソを飲んでいただいたりと、
恐らく中々体験しないであろうことを幅広く体験していただきました。
コーヒーの幅広さと奥深さを感じていただけたのではないかなぁと思っています????
