1番目の実に栄養を集中させるために間引くもの。
去年からこの大きさの『ベビーなコーン』少し大きい『ヤングなコーン』という名前をつけて日曜市に出したところ、大人気となりました。
今シーズンも今度の日曜市からお目見え。
農薬不使用なので、美しいヒゲもかき揚やサラダ、干してヒゲ茶に使えます。
