昨日、エチオピアのウォッシュドを焙煎してみたんですが、中々自信をもって提供できる味にならずでした????
焙煎は、近付いだと思ったら、また遠くに離れてしまうような、そんな感覚です。
だからこそ面白いんだろうなぁと思います。
いつか理想の味が出せると、自分に期待したいと思います????
