すき焼き風っての初めて作ったけど、初心者でも味は失敗しないと思う！ただ、最後の水溶き片栗粉入れるところは、、火を止めて具材を寄せて汁の部分で溶かしながらやらないといけない。火つけながらやってしまったからダマになってしまった。写真は隠してるけど笑
