Tiramisu, deconstructed and it was magnificent. Coffee sponge, tiramisu foam, meringue, coffee sago, cappuccino panna cotta. Kinda wish I had taken a better picture. Serving portion was surprisingly huge and binge I did. This fabulous dessert made my soul
