〜バナナココアブラウニー〜
家にあったバナナを使ってブラウニーを焼きました。いつも1、2本余りがちのバナナ消費のお菓子。
バターは使わずオリーブ油を使用した所が自分で工夫したポイント。スライスアーモンドもインしてます。
さて、今日は季節のパンレッスン『いちごみるくフランス』レッスン。二ヶ月ぶりにご来店の生徒様との再会、とても楽しみです。
