無農薬・無肥料のなーべら（へちま）を使った。。 その名も。。。『ネギ塩（カルビ）ナーベラ丼』笑 東京から来た私にとって、へちまは乾燥させて、 ボディースクラブ。。として使う。。物だと思っていたのに、 沖縄では食するの！？とびっくり仰天の食材。 . 最初は。。「う〜〜〜〜〜〜ん。。」 . と。。言う感じのお味だったのですが、ある時、ごま油と塩でへちまを上手に焼いてくれる方がいて、それが、な〜〜んともジューシーな焼き肉を彷彿とさせる感じの食感で、めちゃめちゃ美味しかったのがきっかけで大好きな食材となりました
