本日の試作。 守山でエディブルフラワー(食べられるお花)を作っていらっしゃるIZUMI YAMASAKI@izumiyamasaki_official さん。 無農薬で手塩にかけて育てられた、美しいお花達。可愛すぎて、食べるのが可哀想なぐらい。 ある方がお繋ぎ下さり、サンプルを頂きました。 あれやこれや考えているうちに枯れてしまいそう(????) 尊敬している和菓子やさんのpicでみて感動したものを再現してみました。 (このあと私の中にどう落とし込んでいくか？産みの苦しみー。) 今回は、ゼラチン。
