Een simpele pastasalade met avocado ontbrak nog aan mijn repertoire. @optimavita zette me op het juiste spoor met haar vegan variant. Uiteraard gaf ik er mijn eigen kleine twist aan (andere pitjes en iets grotere porties). Eindconclusie: lekker! ????????
