昨日の畑、じゃがいもの花。
これは「デジマ」。
マリーアントワネットも愛したと言われるじゃがいもの花は品種によって色味が違い、本当に可愛くて可憐です。
今年は私、この花を見ると、ちょっとじーん、ときます。
高知では春、秋と2回収穫ができるじゃがいも。
森田農園では去年、春は長雨で畑の中で溶け、秋は台風の大風で茎が全て折れてしまい、どちらも全滅だったのです。両親も初めてのことだったそう。
なので、1年ぶりの嬉しい収穫の日々✨✨
しっかり休ませた畑に緑肥をまき、漉き込み、米ぬかを混ぜ時間をかけて発酵を促した畑
