《鮮魚》
久々のカヤックフィッシング。
僕の釣果はダメだったけど、
仲間の獲ったマトウダイで夕方から晩酌。
アラは潮汁、刺身はお猪口に入れた肝醤油で。
いやぁ、最高‼️
フグのような刺身はポン酢で食べるのもいい。
寿司屋でも食えない胃袋も肝も余さず食べられるのは
まさに釣り人の特権。
海釣りは毎回この美味さにヤられてしまう。
明日は漬け丼にしよう。
