そして、いつも日曜市でお買い上げ下さるakkaさんに配達がてらランチに。
メインのパスタには20種類ほどの高知野菜がたっぷりと入っていてとてもとても美味しい。
野菜はスーパーではなく必ず生産者市で揃え、高知の西へ東へ生産者の話を聞きに走られています。忙しい仕事の中、休みも取らず。
本当に頭が下がります。
この方にうちの野菜を使っていただきたい、と多くの生産者が思うのは当然のことだなぁ、と改
