ラテ・シェケラート です。
シェケラートとは、イタリア語でシェイカーを使ってシェイクするという意味です。
拘りのエスプレッソにミルクとキャラメルシロップ、氷をシェイクして空気を含ませることで、まろやか口当たりがとても滑らかに感じられます。
また、コーヒーの特徴をより細かく感じていただけるドリンクです。
今日のラテはコスタリカの豆を使用しています。
