直径5センチの小さなミニあんぱん。
手作りパンの楽しみは

⚪︎焼成(焼き色)を考える
⚪︎サイズを変える
色々ありますがミニサイズで作るというのは何とも楽しい。ミニサイズはオーブンを開けた時いつものパンとは違うとっても可愛い表情を見せてくれるんですよね。
何年経ってもパン作りはいつも新しい感動を与えてくれます。
