I also made garnished sushi called “Chirashi-sushi” for my son. For this sushi, I put eggs, green beans, shrimps, shiitake mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. But it seems he ( Mario ????) is more interested in Shinkansen shape cake ???? Why not? ????
