日曜休みに久々の遠征。店主さんは相当なアーセナルファンらしく店内はグッズやフィギュアだらけ。
アサリやホタテやハマグリと贅沢に貝から摂ったスープはコハク酸由来の渋味を尖りのない塩ダレでシンプルに味わえる。ただれた肝臓も大喜び。
三河屋製麺による細めのストレート麺は肌触りがスベスベでコシもしっかり。
しっとりした肩ロースチャーシューや穂先メンマに加えてほぐした貝柱もゴロゴロ入っていてその食感も楽しい。
