今日のマフィン作りは 先日アウトレットで購入した、ビタクラフトのハンドミキサーデビュー(^^)/
羽の形のせいなのか、卵白６個が以前よりも早く泡立ってご機嫌ルンルン♪♪
私の定番メニューの、おからマフィンなので安心の仕上がり。
（もうちょっと、焼き色付けても良かったかな～～。いつもよりミニマフィンで焼きすぎないように気にしすぎたかしら。）
