ピーマンからの検索で、鶏胸肉と炒めるレシピに大満足♪
鶏胸肉を半解凍くらいのところで細切りっていうのが、包丁テクニックがない私には大切ポイントでした(^^)

朝ふっと目が覚めたら外がガツガツ明るくって「寝坊した！！！！」って慌てて起きたら。
５時１０分でし（汗）
本当に日の出が早くなりました、体が慣れない（笑）
朝会に行く旦那のお弁当は、余裕で間に合いました♪♪
