新鮮な甘酸っぱいいちごで、
ジャムを作りました。
いちご以外の副素材も考えたのですが、
そのままのいちごがとっても美味しいので、シンプルに。
丁寧に、丁寧にアクを取り、煮詰めすぎず、フレッシュ感を残しつつ、
最後に、国産レモンで味を整え、
瓶詰めしました。
ジャム、奥深いですね。
ケーキとは違う楽しさがあります。
