間に合いました。マイベリーファームさん@my.berry_mayumi の無農薬のいちご。新鮮な甘酸っぱいいちごで、ジャムを作りました。いちご以外の副素材も考えたのですが、そのままのいちごがとっても美味しいので、シンプルに。丁寧に、丁寧にアクを取り、煮詰めすぎず、フレッシュ感を残しつつ、最後に、国産レモンで味を整え、瓶詰めしました。ジャム、奥深いですね。ケーキとは違う楽しさがあります。明日は営業日 6月7日(木)10時より、皆様のご来店お待ちしております。 #alama | SnapWidget
