トウモロコシは今朝も4時から収穫です。
この時期、きび街道や高知市内のスーパーに出回る旬の「茹できび」。
栽培方法はもちろん、品種、収穫する時間帯、塩加減。
全てのところで違いがあります。
森田農園の茹できびは、かなり、塩の量を少なくしています。
それは、トウモロコシ本来の味を見てほしいのが1番の理由。
また、お年寄りから子供まで口にするものなので、あまり塩分はのせたくない。
食べ終わった後も後味すっきり、美味しかったねと言ってほしい。
生産者の方と話せるお店ではぜひ聞いてみてください。
