時間経過とともにプチプチが消えて全体にしっとりしてきます。
ケーキよりもパンに近い食感を目指してみました！

教室を休んで試作しまくって教室の冷凍庫が試作品でパンパンでしたが、今週の皿洗いボランティアの皆さまに持ち帰ってもらえて、とても助かりました????
6月はちょこちょことレシピ提供の仕事が続いていまして、引き続き、試作が続きそうです。
