明日のビーチヨガは、台風接近の為中止とし通常通り10時より「渚の交番」にてクラスを開催いたします。
渚の交番は、屋内ながら目前は180度以上の海！
季節折々、大自然を感じながらのヨガはカラダが喜びます。
予約不要・無料レンタルマットもありますので、手ぶらでどうぞ。
