いつもはレシピ通り『豚気挽肉』だけれども。
冷蔵庫で賞味期限的に使用しなければいけない『合挽き肉』があって、本日は牛豚の合挽きでシュウマイ♪
大きめの粗挽きに挽いてあったから、ニクニクした感じが食感的にもすっごくバッチリ(^^)
ウマウマ～～～、大満足！
フライパンで作るシュウマイは、本当に楽で美味しくて最高だ♪♪
粗挽き肉の合挽きでシュウマイにするか、豚肉でするか今後なやみそぉ～～～♪
