夕ごはんのおかいものに、近所のスーパーへ行ってみたら、こんなに長いナスが売っていたのにゃ！！

熊本県産の「大長なす」という名前の見た目通り大きくて長いナスで、九州では古くから栽培されているみたいデス✨
この長ナス1本で、普通のサイズのナスの4本分はあります????

切ってみたらとっても柔らかくて、ふんわりとした触り心地☺️
定番の焼きナスにしても、煮物にしてもおいしいみたいですにゃ????????

今日は、京都の厚揚げとごま油と炒めて甘辛に
