買い物ミスで、野菜室にエノキが山盛り、茄子も山盛り（笑）
ってわけで、今日はメインもおかずもナス茄子ナス♪♪
どちらも材料から、クックパッドの殿堂入りレシピ検索で。
レンジだけで煮びたしっぽくでくて、ラクラク♪
丼は、味噌で味付けしているから、この梅雨のもやぁ～～っと感にしっかりとした味付けで良いと思う♪♪
今日も休日自主出勤で出かけて行った旦那に、スタミナ丼！！！
