DE-ESCALATE DE-ESCALATE DE-ESCALATE   We want to avoid a violent encounter at all costs, so the language we use is important when confronted by someone, certain words can really escalate a situation. ⚠️   Eg, “You need to calm down”, “Relax”, “F$%26k off”
